The market continues to be steady with many new listings coming available, and a final push to have people settled in before the snow comes. 2023 has been a steady year for homes sales. We have seen prices in some markets reduce to pre-pandemic pricing as a result of increased interest rates, but overall, inventory remains low.

Fall is also a great time for planning ahead for clients who still plan to sell, but are feeling the crunch of the seasons changing. A piece of advice I often suggest is taking great outdoor pictures 📸 of your property NOW, while the grass is green and the trees are in their glory. Then, we can still showcase your home in all of its splendor, even if that means a January list. Don't hesitate to reach out, and we can make a plan to get professional pictures taken now and still get you the most money for your sale.
