Emma Boulanger is an award winning and accomplished Realtor® at Coldwell Banker Preferred Real Estate in Steinbach, Manitoba, where she guides her clients through the adventure of real estate.

Her journey in real estate follows a successful career at Steinbach Credit Union spanning nearly two decades, where she held pivotal leadership roles, specializing in mortgage lending, risk management, and strategic business planning.

Since her first year in real estate, she has consistently been an MLS award winning agent, representing the top agents in her market. In 2020, Emma achieved the remarkable Coldwell Banker Rookie of the Year Award for units sold and gross earnings in both Canada and North America—an unprecedented accomplishment in all four categories for a single individual in a calendar year.

What sets Emma apart is not just her comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market but also her unwavering commitment to community building. Her passion for empowering and educating clients aligns seamlessly with her dedication to fostering strong, lasting relationships long after the real estate transaction is complete.

In 2022, Emma also became a partner and co-owner of the Steinbach office, where she supports the team of over 20 agents serving their clients, and also contributes to the strategic direction of the brokerage.

Giving back to the communities she works in has always been a priority to Emma and is a mission in her real estate career. She has held a variety of roles by serving as a board member for the Steinbach Chamber of Commerce, Soups On, 4-H and Grace Haven. All driven by the same passion for people.

Residing on a 20-acre farm between Steinbach and La Broquerie, Emma, alongside her husband and children share a deep-rooted love for country life and agriculture, community sports, and sharing a home cooked meal together as a family.
