Within the first 30 seconds, buyers are subconsciously asking themselves one question: “Does this feel like home?”

Here’s what they’re really noticing the moment they arrive.

The Drive-Up Experience (Curb Appeal)

Before they even step inside, buyers are evaluating:

  • The condition of the driveway

  • Snow cleared in winter / lawn care in summer

  • The state of siding, shingles, and trim

  • Front door condition and hardware

  • Exterior lighting
